About the Journal
The South Asian Journal of Business Insights (SAJBI) is a peer-reviewed, biannual, platinum open-access journal published by the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. The journal provides an international platform for academics, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to publish and disseminate high-quality scholarly work in the broad fields of business, management, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, accounting, human resource management, operations, and related disciplines.
