Important Author Information
At least one author should be duly registered for the conference for each accepted paper.

Payment Methods
Domestic For Sri Lankan Presenters/Participants
The presenter/participant fee should be remitted to the account below. Please share the proof of remittance to icme2026@mgt.ruh.ac.lk.
You are advised to write the reference in the bank deposit as "ICME 2026"
International For Foreign Presenters/Participants
The presenter/participant fee should be remitted to the account below. Please share the proof of remittance to icme2026@mgt.ruh.ac.lk.

Completion of Registration
To complete the registration, all the presenters and/or participants are required to pay the applicable fee and complete the registration form, attaching the payment slip/s.
Important Notes
- If there is more than one presenter (up to a maximum of two presenters), both presenters are required to pay the applicable individual registration fee. The two payment slips may be combined and attached to the registration form.
- If one author is the presenting author and another author is attending the conference as a participant, all attendees are required to pay the applicable individual registration fee. The relevant payment slips may be combined and attached to the registration form.
- Only registered authors are permitted to attend the conference as presenters and/or participants.
Undergraduate Research Forum Registration
At least one author should be duly registered for the Undergraduate Research Forum for each accepted extended abstract to be included in the ICME-2026 Conference Proceedings published by the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka.
